Why it’s almost great (but not quite)
The staff's kindness and willingness to assist really stand out. they truly enhance the experience. Plus, the location is fantastic with several dining options just a short walk away.
While the ambiance is pleasant, the hotel could benefit from a few thoughtful enhancements to make it truly remarkable.

A hidden gem in the city
Staying here felt like an escape. The beautiful decor and cozy atmosphere made mornings special, especially enjoyed sipping coffee on the patio. The friendly staff were always helpful!
However, there was some noise from the lobby that occasionally interrupted our sleep. It wasn't a major issue, but it’s worth mentioning for light sleepers.

Comfortable but Needs Improvement
We enjoyed our large double room, but breakfast wasn’t served despite being included. Housekeeping needed reminders, and the pool looked larger in pictures. Be cautious if you book services through the hotel’s travel agency, as ours was unresponsive. It’s a decent place but could enhance professionalism.
